Viphou Phopudh Utility Co., Ltd registered at Ministry of Commerce (MOC-00005110 ព.ណ.ចបត Dated on 10 March 2021) as a private compay under the law of the Kingdom of Cambodia - Lisence No 1000054231 MOC and Approval Letter No. 308 dated on 7 July 2021 permitted Viphou Phopudh Utility Co., Ltd do support to prevent the COVID-19 epidemic in Oddar Meanchey Province which spreaded in February 2021.
The Initial Investement Budget amount was 720 Million KHR or 180,000USD. At that time Viphou Phopudh Utility Co., Ltd implemented 3 main tasks:

From door to door collection by small motor-rickshaw to the transfer station where the big trucks are waiting to shift transfer waste to the MRF center.
We commit the Zero Waste by sorting, and processing materials collected from various sources, preparing them for reuse, recycle and further processing.
Vpopup Recycle is a community store that people can buy and sell the used materials.
